Job Description

Amazon Legal is seeking a self-driven, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of NA Stores Legal--an organization within the Legal Department that support Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. You will be a key member of our team, understanding leader and team priorities and driving improvements that help us operate more efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for helping shape the way our organization operates at scale and delivers for our customers every day.

This role requires a great attention to detail, the ability to move quickly and meet deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize across multiple critical requests. High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. You will need to complete complex tasks and projects quickly in ambiguous situations, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.


Key job responsibilities
- Management of calendars and scheduling
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables across the team
- Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Act as a liaison for manager’s direct reports
- Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations
- Manage domestic and international travel and expense reports

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Excitement for experimentation with Generative AI

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
