JOB DESCRIPTION:
Contract: Final‑year internship
Location: Paris, France
Main Purpose of the Role
The role provides hands‑on exposure to Medical Device Field Service, allowing the intern to apply and develop technical knowledge in response to specific customer and business requirements within the healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting experienced Field Service professionals with product installations, modifications, and enhancements in line with customer specifications
- Participating in in‑depth technical analysis of product implementations and contributing to solution recommendations based on product capabilities and customer needs
- Supporting troubleshooting activities for complex technical issues, including root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions, in collaboration with internal teams and customer representatives
- Helping assess customer requirements and ensuring products are configured and supported according to agreed specifications
- Assisting in the delivery of technical training sessions and product briefings for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting on‑site activities as a local technical representative, contributing to strong customer relationships and high levels of service satisfaction
Requirements for the Role
- Final‑year internship starting September 2026, as part of a technical or scientific academic program related to the healthcare sector
- Based in Paris, with strong availability for travel within the assigned region
- Strong communication skills, including confidence in public speaking and the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Good level of English, both written and spoken, with strong comprehension
- High level of availability for frequent travel
- Well‑organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously
- Valid driving license (Category B) required
- Strong sense of commitment and willingness to maintain the highest standards of quality and service
- Ability to adapt quickly and find practical solutions in day‑to‑day situations
