The Associate Brand Manager will support the category team in executing marketing strategies by contributing to the development of brand strategy, category assortment, and marketing plans that drive program success and strong sales performance.
This role plays a key part in the end-to-end marketing execution, while also contributing to broader Shark brand initiatives. Responsibilities span business analysis, commercialization, brand development, and integrated marketing planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
With direction and oversight from the category lead, the Associate Brand Manager (Corded) will be responsible for the following:
- Support the development of compelling product and brand stories tailored for ecommerce, DTC, and retail channels
- Coordinate go-to-market planning and product launches in collaboration with Global Marketing, IMC, and cross-functional teams
- Shape consumer profiles for brand and sub-brands, including behaviors, attitudes, and media preferences
- Analyze category trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and white space
- Translate insights into clear messaging, creative briefs, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, storyboards, and collateral to support retailer and distributor sell-in
- Work with Consumer Insights to validate messaging and product propositions
- Participate in post-launch evaluations and help apply learnings to future campaigns and commercialization efforts
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Stay current on the competitive landscape, storytelling strategies, and emerging market trends
