A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic at an exciting time of transformation as we enhance the Diabetes customer journey and prepare to transition the Diabetes business into an independent company, MiniMed. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how teams learn, adopt new systems, and deliver memorable customer experiences at scale. As a Senior Training & Education Specialist within the Service Excellence Team, you will empower teams through impactful training solutions that directly support customer loyalty, operational excellence, and business growth.

The role sits within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization and operates in a highly collaborative, international environment. You will partner closely with global stakeholders across markets, Quality & Compliance, and Process Governance teams. The position follows a hybrid working setup aligned with local guidelines and does not require routine travel, though virtual collaboration across regions is essential.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Design, develop, and deliver system training for Order Management teams, including S/4HANA (SAP’s enterprise resource planning platform), Salesforce (customer relationship management system), and ICE (Integrated Customer Experience system)
  • Create and facilitate soft skills training focused on customer experience, communication, and service excellence
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure a consistent and effective learning journey for new hires
  • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and e-learning content aligned with current processes and quality standards
  • Assess training needs using performance data, gap analyses, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize development activities
  • Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or enablement within customer service or order management environments
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
  • Ability to translate complex processes and systems into clear, engaging learning content
  • Fluency in English


Experience with SAP systems, Salesforce, Agile project management (Scrum), or prior exposure to the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry is considered an advantage.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 152,320.00 PLN - 228,480.00 PLN | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
