About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Care Technology product portfolio. This role is critical to shaping how Tamara's Care ecosystem scales, driving the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of the platforms, tools, and experiences that enable efficient operations, empower frontline teams, and elevate customer and partner support outcomes.
This is a hands-on role with a people leadership dimension. You'll be setting direction for a product team while staying close to the work yourself. AI fluency is central to this role; you'll be expected to identify and drive AI integration across the care stack, and help your team build the product intuition to do the same.
This role is highly cross-functional and sits at the intersection of product, operations, and technology. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Care Operations and business stakeholders across Care and beyond to shape strategy and drive execution end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Care Tech roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic bets
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritization frameworks
- Lead and develop Product Managers and Designers, fostering strong product craft
- Drive AI adoption across the care stack, from workflows to agent tools and conversational experiences
- Align cross-functionally to solve high-impact problems with the right guardrails
- Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization and resource allocation
- Partner with Engineering and Design to drive execution, resolve trade-offs, and maintain momentum
- Establish scalable documentation and knowledge-sharing practices
What You’ll Need
Experience
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years leading other Product Managers.
- Track record of building internal platforms, operational tooling, or customer-facing products at scale
- Previous experience in customer service product environments.
- Fintech/financial services background is a strong plus
- Hands-on exposure to AI-powered products or features.
Skills
- Strong people leadership with the ability to coach PMs at different levels and build a high-performing, accountable team
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business, operations, and technical functions
- Able to turn ambiguity into structured plans, clear priorities, and well-scoped roadmaps
- Solid understanding of technical systems, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Strong product intuition around AI and automation, and how to apply them practically
- Data-driven. Uses metrics to make decisions, not just report on them
- Comfortable operating in agile environments with multiple squads and work-streams running in parallel
