What this job can offer you

Remote is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Analytics & Planning to serve as a critical operational leader within our Revenue Operations organization. In this role, you will lead the execution of our data strategy, translating high-level commercial goals into actionable, governed data models. You will be the primary steward of our GTM health metrics—measuring everything from outbound funnel efficiency to long-term account management.

You won't just oversee dashboards; you will build the frameworks that dictate how we scale. By managing sales analytics, capacity planning, and target-setting, you will provide the tactical roadmap for Remote’s growth. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Analytics to maintain a full-funnel view of our progress, ensuring RevOps leadership has the visibility needed to optimize our revenue engine in real-time.

What you bring

  • Experience: Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence, including experience leading teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Planning Expertise: A proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning.
  • Modern Data Stack: High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt (data build tool) for building scalable, governed data models.
  • Technical Stack Knowledge: Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling. Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM) and BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
  • AI & Automation: Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows, lead routing, or sales intelligence.
  • Full-Funnel Fluency: A deep understanding of the mechanics of SDR/BDR motions, Partner ecosystems, and the AE/AM lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps, translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Mathematical Prowess: Strong grasp of statistical concepts (regression, trend analysis) applied to sales velocity and forecasting.
  • Leadership Mindset: A "bias toward action" with a focus on operational excellence and mentoring individual contributors. You thrive in a fluid, asynchronous, and high-growth environment.
  • Communication: Writes and speaks fluent English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Execute the vision for GTM analytics, ensuring our data infrastructure supports a multi-segment, global sales organization.
  • Funnel & Partner Analytics: Manage the measurement framework for Top-of-Funnel (Outbound) and Partnerships, optimizing lead-to-opportunity conversion and ROI.
  • Performance Measurement: Maintain the "Source of Truth" for Sales and Account Management. Analyze win rates, sales cycles, and churn propensity to drive predictable revenue.
  • GTM Planning Cycles: Drive the execution of annual and quarterly planning. Partner with Finance and RevOps to set targets, define territories, and build capacity models.
  • Data Governance: Act as a key pillar of the RevOps team, driving data integrity and ensuring the "Revenue Engine" is fueled by clean, actionable data.
  • Full-Funnel Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing Analytics to bridge the gap between marketing spend and sales output for a unified "MQL to Closed-Won" view.
  • Predictive Forecasting: Build and maintain predictive models for sales attainment and revenue pacing to allow for proactive leadership adjustments.
  • Reporting & Governance: Build and oversee executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales productivity and GTM efficiency.
  • Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of GTM analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and commercial curiosity.
