Ви застосовуватимете свою експертизу для запобігання дефектам, аналізу даних щодо якості та впровадження коригувальних дій.
Обов’язки
- Розроблення, впровадження та підтримання процедур і стандартів забезпечення якості відповідно до системи менеджменту якості Jabil та вимог клієнтів.
- Проведення аналізу першопричин проблем з якістю, включно з невідповідностями, скаргами клієнтів і внутрішніми відхиленнями, із застосуванням різних інструментів якості (наприклад, 8D, діаграма Ішікави, метод «5 Чому»).
- Співпраця з кросфункціональними командами (виробництво, інженерія, логістика) для визначення та впровадження коригувальних і запобіжних дій (CAPA).
- Участь у проєктуванні та розробленні нових продуктів і процесів, забезпечуючи інтеграцію вимог щодо якості на ранніх етапах (наприклад, APQP, PPAP).
- Моніторинг і аналіз ключових показників якості, визначення тенденцій та надання рекомендацій для покращення якості продукції та ефективності процесів.
- Проведення внутрішніх і зовнішніх аудитів для оцінки відповідності стандартам якості, нормативним вимогам і специфікаціям клієнтів.
- Надання навчання та консультацій виробничому персоналу щодо процедур, інструментів і найкращих практик у сфері якості.
- Підтримка ініціатив клієнтів, пов’язаних із якістю, та участь у переглядах і аудитах, що проводяться замовниками.
- Реалізація проєктів безперервного вдосконалення із застосуванням таких методологій, як Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing та SPC.
- Підготовка детальних звітів і презентацій з питань якості для розгляду керівництвом.
Кваліфікаційні вимоги
- Ступінь бакалавра з інженерії (електротехнічної, механічної, промислової, виробничої) або спорідненої технічної галузі.
- Від 3 років досвіду роботи на посаді інженера з якості у виробничому середовищі, бажано в електронній промисловості чи суміжній сфері.
- Ґрунтовне розуміння систем менеджменту якості (наприклад, ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Доведений досвід роботи з інструментами та методологіями якості: SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP.
- Здатність проводити аналіз першопричин та впроваджувати ефективні коригувальні й запобіжні дії.
- Відмінні аналітичні та розв’язувальні навички, орієнтованість на дані.
- Високі комунікаційні та міжособистісні навички, здатність ефективно взаємодіяти з різними командами.
- Володіння англійською мовою (усною та письмовою) є обов’язковим.
- Досвід роботи з ERP‑системами та програмним забезпеченням для управління якістю буде перевагою.
- Наявність сертифікації, такої як ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), є значною перевагою.
