About the ORION Program
ORION is a strategic Retail business and technology transformation program focused on the global deployment of a new point‑of‑sale and stock management solution across all boutiques and divisions. The initiative aims to transform retail operations by simplifying ways of working for boutique teams, improving the customer experience, and securing rapid and sustainable adoption, while leveraging the solution’s native capabilities as much as possible.
Positioning & Reporting Line
The role is part of the Orion Transversal Business Team and acts as the global reference for Data & Analytics within the ORION program.
The ORION Transversal Data & Analytics Owner reports directly to the ORION Business Programme Director.
The Orion Transversal Data & Analytics Owner works in close collaboration with Regional Data & Analytics teams, animating the transversal community to ensure consistent interpretation, deployment and adoption of the ORION analytics base template across regions and divisions.
The role also works closely with the other transversal streams (Business Processes and Change Management) as well as with IT Data teams and Product Owners, to ensure end‑to‑end consistency between data, processes, solutions and adoption.
Role Overview
The Orion Transversal Data & Analytics Owner is accountable for defining and maintaining the global Data & Analytics vision and standards supporting the ORION POS base template.
The role focuses on analytics strategy, data governance principles, KPIs definition and convergence, ensuring that ORION provides a consistent, reliable and scalable analytical foundation while remaining deployable across regions.
What impact you will have
Data & Analytics stream (POS base template scope)
•You define and structure the global ORION analytics framework, including Retail KPIs, reporting principles and analytical use cases aligned with business objectives.
•You consolidate and align analytics needs coming from regions and divisions to support a coherent global analytics vision.
•You ensure consistency between the ORION analytical offer and the POS functional scope, in close collaboration with the Transversal Business Process Owners.
Data Governance stream
•You define and maintain Data Governance principles for ORION, including roles and responsibilities, business definitions, calculation rules and golden sources.
•You validate business definitions of Data Objects, Data Elements and analytical KPIs to ensure consistency, traceability and reliability.
•You ensure alignment with corporate SSOT / data governance frameworks and coordinate
with IT Data teams on data quality rules.
Governance, roadmap & alignment
•You prepare and contribute to global governance instances by structuring analytics and data‑related topics, ensuring they are decision‑ready.
•You contribute to the alignment of the global product and analytics roadmap, translating business priorities into structured analytics propositions in collaboration with Product Owners and IT teams.
•You consolidate regional learnings to support scalability and continuous improvement of the analytics base template.
Cross‑stream coordination
•You work closely with Transversal Process and Change streams to ensure end‑to‑end consistency (process impacts, data dependencies, adoption strategy).
•You support Regional Data & Analytics teams by providing standards, guidance and reference documentation.

•Strong expertise in Retail Data & Analytics, including KPIs, reporting and performance management.
•Solid experience in Data Governance, data models, business definitions and data quality topics.
•Ability to structure, formalise and communicate complex analytical concepts clearly.
•Strong stakeholder alignment skills in a cross‑region, cross‑division environment.
•Ability to work at the intersection of Business and Tech, including close collaboration with IT and Product teams.
•Strong interest in Retail and POS ecosystems.
•Fluent English.
