Job Description:
The Corporate HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic support to research, design, and guide the deployment of business relevant HR strategies that translate into people solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness, operating efficiency and scalable delivery. This role partners closely with senior leaders across a global, highly complex organization to translate business strategy into integrated workforce and organizational solutions. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
Partners with HR and business leaders to translate enterprise strategy into organizational, workforce, and talent solutions that drive performance, agility and scalable delivery.
Applies organizational effectiveness principles (e.g. org design, workforce planning, change management) to improve how work is structured, executed, and sustained.
Leverages workforce and HR analytics to inform decision-making, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience across end-to-end talent processes.
Acts as a trusted advisor by maintaining confidentiality, ensuring compliance, and partnering cross‑functionally to manage risk through complex people decisions
Qualifications
Required
Masters Degree Required, Preferred Fields: Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Industrial Organizational Psychology.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, including progressive Human Resources experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated Organizational (OE) experience through translating operational or people data into scalable business solutions (e.g. process improvement, role clarity, change adoption).
Proven analytical abilities that illustrate HR’s impact to the business.
Possesses prior experience with people management and development.
Proven skill in partnering and influencing across a matrixed organization without direct authority.
Strong planning, organization, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under changing conditions and tight timelines.
Demonstrated ability to confidently facilitate conversations across differing perspectives and adapt approaches to meet diverse needs and audiences (ex. functions, cultures, and levels).
Effective written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling enterpriseready materials such as frameworks, executive summaries, guidance documents, and activation resources.
Strong verbal communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence, present recommendations, and clearly articulate risks, tradeoffs, and impacts to business leaders at all levels.
Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerBi, Excel, Access, etc.) and Workday
Preferred
Project Management Experience and/or Project Management Certification.
Additional Information
- This job requires a regular 4-day in office, 1-day remote schedule and is in Atlanta, GA.
- Must be located in the same geographical area as the job or be willing to self-relocate to the area
- No relocation assistance is available for this role.
- Must be willing and available to work flexible shifts
- Must be willing and available to travel as necessary
