For the Quality & Production Services department at our Eurasburg site, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) – Process Management & Signavio to support us in the documentation, optimization, and digitalization of our business processes. In this role, you will work closely with various departments, process owners, and managers, gaining valuable insights into quality management, production, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes
• Model and maintain processes in SAP Signavio
• Create process flowcharts, role descriptions, and process documentation
• Link relevant work instructions, forms, and documents within the process landscape
• Assist in the continuous improvement and standardization of business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process transparency and efficiency

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field
• You have a strong interest in digitalization and process optimization
• You work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different departments and stakeholders
• You have good written and spoken German and English language skills
