Job Description
Amazon Transportation Services is looking for a Regional Operations Linehaul Manager to join our ATS Middle Mile Ground Brazil team. This is a senior, high-complexity position that requires experienced leadership to manage middle mile linehaul operations across Southeast region.

Unlike a single-carrier or station-focused role, this position is cross-functional and regional — you will work across all carriers and programs in your region, acting as the bridge between central strategy and local execution.
You will be part of a highly collaborative, dynamic, and innovative environment where ideas are valued and experimentation is encouraged. We are looking for professionals with a strong track record of operational excellence and customer focus, who thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and are ready to lead through complexity and constant change.
If you enjoy challenges and are ready to deliver results in an environment that combines the energy of a start-up with the scale of a global company, we want to meet you.

• Lead regional linehaul operations cross-functionally across all carriers and programs in the region
• Manage performance of multiple carriers, ensuring achievement of OTP (On-Time Pickup) and OTA (On-Time Arrival) targets

• Perform Gemba walks and on-road monitoring to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
• Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions to other operational departments
-- Carrier Management & Development --
• Coordinate onboarding, training and ramp-up of new carriers in the region, including supporting on-site audits
• Implement and scale the Amazon Excellence Program with regional carriers
• Develop strategic relationships with carriers, serving as primary point of contact for performance and problem resolution regionally/locally
-- Operational Excellence & Cost Management --
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives through identification of regional optimization opportunities
• Support regional implementation of network optimization and routing efficiency initiatives
-- Collaboration & Leadership --
• Collaborate with central and represent regional operations in business reviews, act as bridge between central strategy and regional execution
• Serve as voice of carriers within regional operations
- Experience working in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting
- Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese & English
