Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

  • Create and maintain the project's Configuration Management Strategy and ensure that it is known and respected by all project team members
  • Setup the Configuration Item List by working together with each discipline to define the relevant work products that fall under configuration management
  • Monitor and control all proposed changes that affect the Configuration Items, constantly verify they are consistent with their specifications and requirements and provide status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage day to day activities within the configuration management process area, as well as track compliance to the process
  • Create and maintain the project's Release Management Plan and ensure release activities are monitored to closure
  • Create and Maintain the Release Status Report
  • Gather, collate and distribute the project deliverables to relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and TPL in order to fulfill project objectives
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration between different project teams

What you'll bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to maintain and document development status to ensure adherence to policy and planned schedules
  • Systematic, thorough and structured working style
  • Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
  • Proactive to identify and address gaps and issues
  • Comprehensive knowledge of English language (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience with ALM and PLM tools such as CodeBeamer and Windchill is recommended
  • Experience with program, project, or product management preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred
