What you can expect
- Create and maintain the project's Configuration Management Strategy and ensure that it is known and respected by all project team members
- Setup the Configuration Item List by working together with each discipline to define the relevant work products that fall under configuration management
- Monitor and control all proposed changes that affect the Configuration Items, constantly verify they are consistent with their specifications and requirements and provide status reports to relevant stakeholders
- Manage day to day activities within the configuration management process area, as well as track compliance to the process
- Create and maintain the project's Release Management Plan and ensure release activities are monitored to closure
- Create and Maintain the Release Status Report
- Gather, collate and distribute the project deliverables to relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with the Project Manager and TPL in order to fulfill project objectives
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration between different project teams
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to maintain and document development status to ensure adherence to policy and planned schedules
- Systematic, thorough and structured working style
- Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
- Proactive to identify and address gaps and issues
- Comprehensive knowledge of English language (spoken & written)
- Previous experience with ALM and PLM tools such as CodeBeamer and Windchill is recommended
- Experience with program, project, or product management preferred
- Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred
