What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the regional fleet vehicle program, including assignments, maintenance oversight, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Partnering with plant leadership to maintain organized systems, improve administrative workflows, and support operational needs.
- Coordinating daily plant administrative functions, including recordkeeping, reporting, and invoicing.
- Supporting procurement activities through timely processing of purchase orders, vendor communications, and tracking of deliveries.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and monitoring of inventory, production, and operational metrics.

Work Environment
This position operates in a plant environment with regular interaction in both office and operational settings. The role requires routine use of computers, standard office equipment, and occasional movement through outdoor or industrial areas.
