Pay: $15.00 per hour
Start Date: Beginning of May with positions available through the season.
Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure guest safety at all aquatic facilities through vigilant supervision and ongoing practice of life-saving skills.
Maintain continuous zone coverage and rotate stations without breaking protection.
Provide emergency care using Ellis & Associates training.
Conduct daily checks on medical equipment (AEDs, trauma bags, O2 tanks, etc.) and ensure all equipment/facilities are functional and presentable.
Support guest services through clear communication, community outreach, and positive engagement.
Follow service recovery protocols to resolve guest concerns.
Perform daily maintenance checks on vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
Comply with all safety, security, and government regulations.
Report safety concerns to leadership.
Attend required meetings and trainings.
Assist with daily operations, which may include laundry, phones, guest hospitality, beach setup, landscaping, basic maintenance, and working in varying weather conditions.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
