Job Description:
Responsibilities • Support proposal development tasks as needed, including developing, writing, editing, formatting, and proofreading proposals using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, while leveraging existing boilerplate and customizing responses to address client requirements. • Review and analyze RFP, RFI, and RFx documents to understand client requirements and ensure proposal responses are compliant with submission guidelines and evaluation criteria. • Collaborate with client-facing professionals and pursuit teams to gather inputs and translate technical, operational, and business information into clear, client-focused proposal content. • Manage the proposal development process by coordinating inputs, synthesizing information from multiple sources, and maintaining organized documentation. • Manage multiple proposal assignments and timelines, prioritizing effectively to meet strict submission deadlines. • Prepare and format proposals, finalist presentations, and related sales collateral with strong attention to quality, consistency, brand standards, and visual presentation. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., content and operations) to support various tasks and initiatives. • Provide timely, responsive internal client service and build strong working relationships with stakeholders while offering basic guidance on proposal development when needed. • Build understanding of the firm’s services, proposal processes, and tools while leveraging internal resources and technology to support effective proposal development. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 2 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Well-motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and client-service skills • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm, displaying good judgment • Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and composition, both written and verbal communication
