The role partners closely with business leaders to establish measurement frameworks, design KPIs and dashboards, and deliver high‑quality insights that support informed decision‑making.The role leads analytics outcomes and stakeholder engagement through subject‑matter expertise, governance discipline, and insight generation, without formal people‑management responsibilities. It also supports both regular and ad hoc reporting requirements while identifying trends across insurance portfolios, market conditions, and performance drivers to influence business strategy."
o Design and develop enterprise‑level measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and strategic reporting solutions.
o Deliver advanced analytics and market intelligence insights to support portfolio performance, growth, and risk awareness.
o Interpret reporting and market trends, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
o Ensure data integrity and consistency by reviewing, validating, and resolving gaps or inconsistencies in reporting inputs.
o Collaborate with business partners to define reporting requirements and success measures aligned to business outcomes.
o Provide subject‑matter expertise on enterprise data platforms, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
o Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives, performance reviews, and governance processes.
o Improve reporting processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, usability, and insight quality.
o Develop and maintain regular, ad hoc, and executive‑level reporting deliverables.
