This role provides operational support for bancassurance channels, ensuring smooth service delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, and compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting risk management and process improvement initiatives.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to bank sales teams, including handling policy and system enquiries via phone and email, and coordinating courier arrangements for sales-related correspondence. 

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and bank partners to ensure smooth operations, effective issue resolution, and uninterrupted service delivery. 

• Prepare and maintain compliance-related documentation, including monitoring reports, risk registers, and incident reports, with timely escalation of potential risks. 

• Coordinate and follow up on complaints, production incidents and system issues to minimize business disruption and support sales continuity. 

• Participate in projects and ad hoc initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and ensure regulatory compliance 

Job Requirements

• University degree, preferably with a major in Information Technology or a financial-related discipline

• Minimum of 5-6 years’ relevant work experience in similar roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes, operations, and administration

• Well-organized fast learner with strong excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently 

• ​Fluent in both written and spoken English
