Senior Intelligence Collection Requirements Manager

Minimum required qualifications

Education – Intelligence Community Collection Management Course (ICMC), OR other DOD collection management courses such as the Navy Collection Management Course (NCMC), the PLUS
Experience – at least six years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies PLUS
Clearance – TS/SCI PLUS

Special skills or qualifications (all required) –

Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation
Knowledge and familiarity of Google Earth,
Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. CRATE, PRISM, COLISEUM, NSRP, SAVANT) mission applications
Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)
Strong writing and briefing skills
Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
Capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements

In addition to the above, the following are Highly Desired qualifications and/or experience that are NOT required:

Senior military enlisted or field grade officer with collection experience
Completion of the ISR Operations Course
Knowledge of communication and dissemination architecture
Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management
