Join our internship program within the the End User Computing Service Governance team which is responsable for delivering effective vendor management to achieve high-quality IT services aligned with business needs, risk standards and regulatory requirements.
Learning Objectives
- Monitoring and reporting main End User Computing vendors KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent, predictable and stable high performances. The candidate will improve analytical approach to technology
- Attending regular vendors service reviews together with EUC Service Governance team lead to discuss failures, achievements and handle escalation to ensure contractual and operational compliancy. The candidate will improve managing relationships with the largest IT vendors
- Helping Service Governance team to identify improvement opportunities based on service metrics, incidents and user feedback, driving actions to enhance service quality and user experience. The candidate will improve proactive approaches to problems
- Supporting Service Governance team to ensure EUC services comply with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements, helping in proactively managing risks and dependencies. The candidate will improve the risk appetite in managing technology
- Understanding services costs and how controlling them. Learning about demand forecasting and transparent communication. The candidate will improve financial skills in understanding the costs construct of IT services.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Data Science or Information Engineering
- Analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret service perforance, cost, and demand data to support informed decision‑making.
- English skills: from B2 and above
Start Date: July, 6 months internship
