Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Operator to support material handling, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely supply of materials to production and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload and receive goods following supervisor instructions
• Transport materials to designated storage locations
• Label and identify materials when required
• Support physical verification of received quantities
• Perform material put-away and internal stock movements
• Prepare production kits and work orders
• Execute picking activities and supply materials to production and testing areas
• Manage material returns from production
• Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
• Prepare packaging for domestic and international shipments
• Load and unload transportation vehicles
• Support preparation of shipping documentation
• Coordinate with carriers for scheduled pickups and deliveries
• Maintain shipping areas organized and ready for dispatch
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly identified
• Keep aisles, racks, and work areas clear and safe
• Support storage space optimization initiatives
• Comply with safety, ESD, and FOD regulations applicable to aerospace environments
• Provide operational support to Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
• Assist in handling critical and urgent materials
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to logistics and warehouse operations
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operational tasks
Qualifications
Education:
Vocational Training or equivalent (preferably in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field)
Experience:
A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in industrial warehouse or logistics environments
Experience working under standardized procedures and controlled environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Forklift license
• Experience in aerospace, aeronautical, electronics, or high-tech environments
• Basic knowledge of material traceability
• Familiarity with warehouse management processes and best practices
Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills and coordination with cross-functional teams
Technology Stack:
• ERP systems (for inventory and material management)
• Warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Basic Microsoft Office tools
Physical Requirements
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and handling materials
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate for extended periods standing and moving
• Ability to use warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when required
