As a Client Support Manager, you will play a key role as part of the Hymix Executive Team, leading our client support function and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences for our customers.

About the role:

Lead and manage a team of Allocators and Client Support Agents, providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing development
Drive strategies that deliver exceptional customer service and support across all client touchpoints
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns
Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of all client interactions and transactions
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service delivery while partnering with internal stakeholders to implement enhancements
Contribute to business performance through strong leadership, collaboration, and customer-focused decision making

About you:

Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capability
Able to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service, client support, or a related field (minimum 3 years)
