Schedule & On-Call Requirements
This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. Candidates who choose not to pursue this position due to the on-call demands will not be negatively evaluated or penalized in future opportunities with our organization.
As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will partner closely with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to provide clinical expertise, procedural support, and product education for Inari technologies. You will collaborate with Account Managers to support therapy adoption, increase clinical acumen, and improve patient outcomes across the territory.
What you will do
Provide clinical and technical support during procedures in cardiac catheterization lab, vascular, interventional radiology, and operating room environments
Educate physicians and hospital staff on device preparation, handling, implantation techniques, and troubleshooting
Lead physician education, product training, and in-service programs while communicating complex clinical information in fast-paced procedural settings
Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support therapy adoption, business growth, and continuous improvement initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, technologists, and key hospital stakeholders
Document procedural observations and maintain knowledge of Inari products, competitive technologies, and industry trends
What you need
Required:
• Post Secondary education or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology, vascular, ICU, nursing, or comparable clinical environment
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or related clinical field
• 3+ years’ experience of medical device clinical support or field clinical specialist experience
• 3+ years’ experience supporting physicians during interventional or vascular procedures
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Must have a valid driver’s license
Canada Pay Ranges:
- Canada: $110,000 – $146,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 70%
