Job Description:

Minimum requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
. Proficiency in Javascript, including server-side and client-side scripting
. Experience working in an ITIL/Agile environment
. Experience with technical documentation, story refinement, and tracking code changes.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
. Strong communication and collaboration abilities in an Agile development and able to operate independently.

Great to haves:

. 3+ years ServiceNow experience
. ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer
. Proficiency in ServiceNow Glide APIs and infrastructure
· Experience building scoped applications, creating design documents for data models and process flows, service portals,
and general user experience.
. Experience building custom workflows in Flow Designer for approvals and business process automation.
. Strong grasp of ServiceNow's ITSM, SPM, and CMDB processes

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $82,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
