About The Role

CoreWeave is scaling rapidly, powered by large, strategic agreements with companies at the forefront of AI development. As a Deal Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the order-to-closed-won process by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure all agreements are structured and negotiated in accordance with our bookings policy. Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, you will help drive operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote to Close: Review, draft, and process all order forms ensuring Salesforce data matches the order for accurate downstream billing and accounting
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth order flow for both standard and non-standard deals.
  • Support & Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for sales and commercial accounting team members for questions or issues related to deal structure 
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining order management and deal desk documentation
  • Reporting: Assist in establishing deal operations efficiency related metrics 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in deal desk,  order management, accounting, revenue operations, billing operations, or a related role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with CPQ solutions
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in-office)
  • Experience in CPQ tools and different billing models.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and basic finance concepts.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $125,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
