Meet the team:
Dexcom is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead and execute enterprise AI initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry. This individual will play a critical role in driving the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact, AI-enabled solutions that align with Dexcom’s strategic objectives.
This role requires a highly motivated and execution-focused program manager who can take ownership of complex, global initiatives and drive them from concept through delivery. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with governance standards, and produce measurable business outcomes.
Key initiatives may include the development of enterprise AI capabilities such as online AI landing zones, AI catalog platforms, and Copilot-enabled solutions. The role will also support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives and coordinate closely with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
This is a global role with significant cross-regional collaboration, including close coordination with teams in multiple time-zones and external partners.
This role will be instrumental in driving Dexcom’s AI transformation strategy by ensuring that critical initiatives are delivered effectively, scaled responsibly, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is someone who not only manages programs but actively drives outcomes—bringing structure, clarity, and execution rigor to complex and high-visibility initiatives.
Where you come in:
- Lead and execute enterprise AI programs across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT strategy.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from planning and requirements alignment through execution, deployment, and adoption.
- Drive the development and implementation of AI platforms and capabilities (e.g., AI landing zones, AI catalog solutions), ensuring scalability, governance, and business value realization.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, business systems analysts, engineering teams, and external implementation partners to translate requirements into delivered solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and workstreams, ensuring accountability, delivery timelines, and alignment with Dexcom standards and expectations.
- Support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with broader program timelines.
- Facilitate Agile delivery processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, execution tracking, and reporting using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution across teams to maintain program momentum.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, including status updates, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Drive adoption and change management efforts to ensure successful rollout and utilization of AI capabilities across the organization.
- Establish and track success metrics, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact and continuous improvement.

What makes you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience leading global programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
- Strong execution mindset with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward, remove blockers, and deliver results.
- Experience working within Agile environments, including hands-on use of Jira and/or Confluence for program tracking and delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, Power Platform, Copilot, and/or Azure-based solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
- These would be nice to have skills/experience:
- Experience with enterprise AI initiatives, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry).
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
- Experience supporting or coordinating Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management certification.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences).
- Experience working with globally distributed teams, including offshore delivery models.

- 15-25%
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master’s degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
