Role: International Payroll Specialist
Location: Poland (remote)
Employment: 12-month FTC with view to extend
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join our team. As an International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our EMEA workforce. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, compliance with local tax regulations, and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international payroll processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in EMEA-wide payroll processing is required.
What you will be doing:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple international locations, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, employment laws, and statutory requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data security.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
