Now Hiring: Temporary Medical Records Director
Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Medical Records Director for a 90-day assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. We are proud to offer a supportive team environment and a reputation as a great place to work.
Compensation:
- $33+ per hour
- 90-day assignment with opportunity for permanent hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the facility’s medical records system in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of resident records
- Manage electronic and paper chart systems
- Coordinate audits and assist with regulatory surveys
- Work closely with nursing and administrative teams to support documentation practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical records within a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
