- Stay current on analytics and AI trends; translate them into practical product opportunities aligned to business value.
Lead value-based portfolio prioritization
- Build and maintain a value-based roadmap for the Operations domain, balancing KTLO, enhancements, emerging opportunities, and strategic bets.
- Prioritize and sequence work based on business impact, feasibility, reuse potential, and delivery capacity; resolve competing priorities with transparency.
Drive delivery execution and cross-team coordination
- Coordinate delivery across CoE teams (Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI/Insights, Data Science, NLP) within an agile framework.
- Own backlog prioritization and readiness; write effective epics/user stories and support sprint planning, demos, and releases.
- Track and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders; ensure alignment across teams.
Qualifications
- Typically 5+ years of experience in product management/ownership, analytics, data engineering, or related roles delivering data/analytics products
- Proven leadership and communication skills, including stakeholder management and influence across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Literacy with modern data & analytics platforms (e.g., cloud data warehouses, ELT/ETL, semantic/data modeling, BI tooling, and cloud); specific tools are a plus (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.)
- Demonstrated track record driving data/analytics modernization and/or digital transformation, including applying analytics/AI to improve business processes and decision workflows
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and ability to translate AI/GenAI capabilities into practical product opportunities; hands-on experience is a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery spanning data engineering, analytics/BI, and AI/ML to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Ability to explore datasets and validate results (e.g., basic SQL/data exploration) and validate outputs with engineering/analytics teams
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with strong backlog management and delivery coordination
- Experience with Jira/Confluence (or equivalent) for backlog management, documentation, and delivery transparency
- Lean/Agile certification is a plus (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, Scrum)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus (or equivalent relevant experience)
