As a Platform Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Nasdaq's trading systems and market operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems in real time, identify emerging issues, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and capacity problems to maintain uptime and performance.
- Support daily market operations, including system startup and shutdown procedures, application updates, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with clients, network providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain operational documentation and procedures to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Partner with developers and engineering teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field / equivalent practical experience in data center, trading, or network operations.
- Several years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrable understanding of Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols, routing, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization or scripting tools.
- Certifications relevant to systems operations or infrastructure management.
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is 3500 - 4500 EUR gross monthly. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, education, and location.
