Job Description Summary

Support a growing portfolio of commercial office fit-out, workplace transformation, industrial, and selected civil projects across Thailand.

This opportunity focuses on delivering end-to-end project management services across the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through construction, handover, and close-out—while partnering closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver successful project outcomes.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of commercial office fit-out, workplace, industrial, and selected civil projects, ensuring successful execution across planning, design, construction, handover, and project close-out.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, engineers, contractors, and specialist vendors to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage project governance including budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, RFIs, change orders, risk management, progress reporting, quality assurance, and statutory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Act as the key client interface, providing trusted project advisory, managing stakeholder expectations, resolving technical and commercial challenges, and ensuring exceptional client experience across all project milestones.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through proactive risk management, value engineering, lessons learned, and the adoption of project management best practices across the Project & Development Services team.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, construction consultancy, or client-side project management, with strong exposure to commercial office fit-out projects; experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or civil projects is highly advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, MEP coordination, project planning, procurement, contracts, cost control, risk management, and site execution.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors while delivering projects within quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced project environment.
