We’re looking for Lead Application Consultant – Technical Implementation with experience in radiology and/ or cardiology clinical imaging systems to join our growing software professional services team comprising of technical specialists and integration experts delivering radiology, cardiology, and digital pathology enterprise imaging solutions to customers, globally.

This role, part of our Professional Services Center of Excellence in Krakow, Poland, will be hands-on in configuring, integrating and implementing enterprise imaging products and solutions in our customer environments.


 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing, configuring, integrating and helping maintain Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Cardiology Information Systems (CVIS) including managing vendor-neutral archives (VNA) and imaging modalities.

  • Analyzing, designing, and implementing technical workflows that bridge imaging systems (DICOM) with EMR/EHR (HL7) to ensure seamless data flow, efficient image interpretation, and reporting, across the imaging device, modality (CT, MRI, Echo) and hospital information system landscape.

  • Implementing application extensions (plugins, scripting), API integration, and authentication (RBAC, SSO).

  • Create, test and execute upgrade and migration playbooks, cutover plans, including documentation.

  • Designing, testing and validating non-functional requirements (performance, scale, reliability, security, network connectivity and demands) to ensure performant, scalable solution implementation.

  • Seeking to become trusted advisors to our customers, across their enterprise imaging ecosystem.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, radiology, cardiology, digital pathology or equivalent.

  • Relevant experience with PACS, RIS, CVIS, VNA products.

  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems such as those from Epic, Cerner, or clinical middleware.

  • Good understanding and preferably, experience with AWS fundamentals – S3, FSX, Direct Connect.

  • Experience with authentication (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2), Azure AD/ EntraID app registrations, SCIM provisioning, APIs & scripting (REST, GraphQL, Postman, JSON, PowerShell, Python) is required.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, k6, JMeter, ETL, certificate management is also required.

  • Feature flagging (Flags in GitHub), cloud infrastructure and provisioning (Terraform) experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross functionally with support analysts, application engineers, and cloud operations team members.

  • Attention to detail, concern for quality, good process, documentation, and SOP adherence discipline.

This role does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance, and is based on-site in Krakow, Poland.

Pay Range

For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range:216,000.00PLN-297,000.00PLN

  • Prior job-related experience
