I&T Graduate Rotational Program Associate

The U.S. I&T Graduate Rotational Program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build foundational skills, and explore how diverse IT functions support a complex, mission-driven organization.

As an associate in the program, you will rotate across multiple I&T teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop the capabilities needed to launch your career in technology.

Program Overview:

  • Full-time, paid associate position

  • 22-month rotational program

  • 3 rotations across I&T teams (7–8 months per rotation)

  • Onsite Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to real-world IT and business initiatives across multiple teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support technology solutions

  • Develop technical, analytical, and professional skills

  • Gain exposure to various IT domains (e.g., AI, infrastructure, applications, data, cybersecurity, etc.)

  • Participate in learning and development opportunities throughout the program

Sample Rotation Experiences:

Associates may rotate through areas aligned with business needs and personal development goals, including:

  • Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence: Support threat analysis, incident response, and security operations to help protect CSL’s systems and data.

  • Digital Product Development: Collaborate with teams to design and deliver user-centered digital solutions.

  • AI & Intelligent Automation: Assist with automation, analytics, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

Designed for recent graduates (within the past two years) and current graduate students who can manage a full-time workload while attending school part-time. We welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds.
