We are looking for a highly motivated Senior IT Controller who is passionate about driving financial and operational governance, as well as project management office topics for the Group’s Technology area. You will join a dynamic and experienced team within the COO Chief of Staff unit, comprised of experts who act as sparring partners to the COO senior management, supporting them in achieving their objectives and vision around Run-the-Bank (RtB) and Change-the-Bank (CtB).In this challenging and exciting role, you will be part of the IT Controlling & Management Support team and report to the Head of IT Controlling & Management Support.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Take a lead role in Run-the-Bank (RtB) and Change-the-Bank (CtB) financial reporting, planning and closing activities
Conduct and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses as a decision basis for RtB and CtB portfolio
Lead and/or support strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating across teams and functions – such as Finance, Group IT, Transformation Office etc.
Lead and/or support transformational activities related to front-to-back processes and governance topics
Execute ad-hoc senior management level requests and analyses
Prepare highly visible & storytelling-driven presentations to different bodies & stakeholders across the Group
YOUR PROFILE
Strong academic record: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Econometrics or comparable field of study with above-average grades
At least 5-7 years of experience in a comparable or related function within banking / background in consulting with a focus on technology / banking / finance sector
Strong interest in Technology, Private Banking and Finance
Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a strong affinity to quantitative modelling
Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills are a must. Programming skills (e.g. VBA / Python / SQL / R) as well as data visualization / business intelligence tools knowledge (e.g. Tableau) are a plus
Strong personal drive with great organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders and proven project management skills
Fluent in German & English (spoken and written), any other language is a plus
