General Objectives:

Perform front administration related activities, including but not limited to loan related transactions, in accordance with internal procedures and manuals and to perform customer service excellence in order to contribute to the Bank’s business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.

-Work in partnership with Relationship Managers in order to provide valuable support in managing the daily transactions of the Branch’s customers.

- Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer.

- Build effective relationships with customers to deliver a high quality of service by assisting them with needs and to maximize utilization of the Bank’s products and services, as well as obtain relevant information in order to check compliance of complex transactions against rules and guidelines.

- Manage the day-to-day business transactions

- Support in managing the risk profile, KYC checks, internal/ external audits and adhere to all company policies for the department. 

- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Grades or 1 years of experience in Banking
  • Have good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess proper business etiquette and team player oriented
  • Excellent in English, both written and verbal
  • Have knowledge in general banking transactions, capable of using Microsoft Office and system
