Role Summary

You bring 4+ years of experience in 360-degree media planning and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital channels, including Programmatic, Direct Digital Buys, and social media. You thrive on turning audience insights into high-impact strategies, consistently exceeding goals and unlocking growth for clients through smart, performance-driven media plans.

We’re looking for a Media Planner who brings energy, precision, and a passion for innovation. In this role, you’ll lead paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of bold, purpose-driven brands. You’ll have the freedom to push boundaries and the responsibility to deliver results. What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic and tactical planning across media channels with a focus on results-driven storytelling.
• Build integrated media plans that blend digital and traditional buys, from social and programmatic to OOH and print.
• Monitor performance daily. Optimize with precision. Forecast with confidence.
• Bring fresh thinking to every brief, identifying new opportunities to deliver value and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver cohesive, insight-led campaigns.
• Support client relationships with clear, proactive communication and on-point presentations.
• Stay ahead of media trends and champion innovation within your team.


What You Bring

• 4+ years in media planning and buying across digital and traditional channels.
• Proven track record in driving client growth through strategic media approaches.
• Experience working with diverse audiences. Exposure to multicultural markets, including South Asian and Canadian segments, is a plus.
• Comfortable in performance marketing environments. Google certifications and experience with DV360 or Campaign Manager are preferred.
• Strong communicator who’s confident leading conversations and presenting ideas.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Punjabi or Hindi is a bonus.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of Ethnicity Matters total rewards program.
