Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Experience consulting with business leaders or cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Business acumen with the ability to connect capability needs to enterprise priorities.

  • Ability to assess and prioritize needs based on impact, urgency, and feasibility.

  • Ability to use data and insights to guide recommendations.

  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in learning strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, or HR business partnership.

  • Experience building, learning roadmaps, capability plans, or portfolio strategies.

  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable learning solutions.

  • Familiarity with learning analytics, measurement strategies, and impact evaluation.

  • Experience working in a matrixed, enterprise-level environment.

  • Strong change management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Success in this role will be measured by the alignment of learning initiatives to business priorities, stakeholder satisfaction, the percentage of initiatives tied to measurable outcomes, portfolio delivery against plan, and adoption of recommended priorities.
