Job Description

Amazon Brazil's Retail team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The Assistant Instock Vendor Manager utilizes a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, pricing, inventory management, operations, online marketing, and finance to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon.
In addition to site merchandising and marketing, this role is responsible for inventory management, forecast generation, new product launches, pricing, and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive growth for the vendor and Amazon.com.br.
The Assistant Instock Vendor manager will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of marketing and site merchandising efforts, marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, social media and other channels, to grow the vendor’s traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.com.br. This role will autonomously negotiate promotional opportunities for vendors, create comprehensive marketing proposals and engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product lines of key strategic brands on Amazon.br.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the most innovative online retailer and to develop and build strong functional skills across retail in online merchandising/marketing, buying, planning and forecasting, pricing, and business analysis. Assistant Instock Vendor Manager roles are in the General Management career path at Amazon and offer an opportunity for greater responsibility and advancement into a variety of roles including Merchandising, Vendor Management, and Instock Management.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in operations or inventory management
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using SQL
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
