One quarter you might be filling engineering roles; the next, finance, product, or operations. Breadth and adaptability are requirements, not bonuses.

What you’ll do

  • Manage mission-critical stakeholder relationships within the business, providing appropriate context and perspective while working toward aligned, accountable hiring outcomes

Who you are

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an innovative, scaling organization, with a proven track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets

  • Consultative communication skills when working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You set expectations clearly, push back constructively when needed, and earn trust through transparency

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt when priorities shift. You recalibrate quickly, hold yourself accountable, and bring a steady, solutions-oriented approach to changing conditions

  • You leverage AI tools in your day
