Job Description:

• Develop and drive business opportunities with end-users in the Fabricated Metal, Transportation, Industrial Machinery & Equipment, and related industries.

• Introduce and promote new products (NPI) to the market and end-users to accelerate product adoption and business growth.

• Collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers (CAM) and Application Engineers (AE) to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve sustainable business growth and sales targets.

• Product responsibility: Manage and promote the full range of abrasive products serving the Fabricated Metal, Transportation, Industrial Machinery & Equipment, and related industries.

• 금속 가공(Fabricated Metal), 운송(Transportation), 산업용 기계 및 장비(Industrial Machinery & Equipment) 및 관련 산업 분야의 최종 고객(End User) 개발 및 매출 성장 주도

• 신제품(NPI, New Product Introduction)을 시장 및 최종 고객에게 소개하고 제품 채택 및 비즈니스 성장 기회 창출

• 고객 요구사항 파악 및 솔루션 제공을 위해 CAM(Channel Account Manager), AE(Application Engineer) 등 유관 부서와 긴밀히 협업

• 지속 가능한 사업 성장과 매출 목표 달성을 위한 건강한 영업 파이프라인 구축 및 관리

• 담당 제품: 금속 가공, 운송, 산업용 기계 및 장비 및 관련 산업을 대상으로 하는 전 연마재(Abrasives) 제품군

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• preferred experience of Sales or abrasive market

• Demonstrated ability to adapt well to a collaborative team environment and organizational culture.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
