About the role

Job Description:

This role is part of the CSO (Chief Security Office) Corporate Security Governance and Controls Oversight global department, responsible for managing and controlling the bank’s risk profile across various aspects of the risk lifecycle within the Bank and CSO Corporate Security. In this context, the role leads and shapes the governance and operating model for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) within CSO Corporate Security for a defined vendor portfolio, ensuring consistent, scalable, and compliant lifecycle risk management through a dedicated team structure.

The main responsibilities of the Third-Party Risk Management Lead are:

  • Define and implement governance, standards, and operating model for onboarding and lifecycle risk management across a defined vendor portfolio
  • Ensure consistent application of risk classification, assessment, and controls in line with central TPRM frameworks
  • Build and lead a local TPRM team, ensuring effective delivery, clear Service Owner accountability, and reduced administrative burden for the SMEs in the regions
  • Design a scalable delivery model (incl. external support where required) to centralize workload and reduce impact on regions/SME
  • Provide portfolio-level transparency on risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
  • Act as central point of contact for senior management and Service Owner and represent CSO in governance and regulatory forums

Skills

  • Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk, or Non-Financial Risk within a complex environment
  • Strong track record in building, leading, and developing teams and delivery models
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. outsourcing, DORA) and their practical implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and seniority levels
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
