Pikes Peak Post Acute is Hiring an LPN Manager

Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

At Pikes Peak Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

What to expect:

Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Experience as a Nurse Manager required

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required

Rate Range: $34-$38/hour
