We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Equity Research Sales professional to join our team in Zurich. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between institutional clients and our equity research team, driving engagement, idea generation, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors (asset managers, hedge funds, family offices)

  • Proactively market equity research products, investment ideas, and corporate access opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with research analysts to tailor content and ensure relevance to client needs

  • Support ECM distribution process with clients

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the client base

  • Coordinate and execute roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings for the team

  • Monitor market trends and provide clients with timely insights and updates

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives

  • Business travel and client entertainment as required

Skills:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in equity research sales, sales trading, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of equity markets and institutional investors landscape

  • Existing relationships with institutional clients

  • Fluent in Italian (mandatory); strong English required; German is a plus

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
