- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and other engineering-related issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
- Monitor the performance of equipment and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Assist with installation, renovation, and improvement projects as required.
- Record maintenance activities and complete work orders accurately.
- Support emergency repairs and operational requirements when needed.
