About the role
At Franciscan the Registered Nurse (RNs) Specialty are responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients in our specialty clinics. This role is critical in assisting providers and coworkers in coordinating patient care as well as functions as a liaison between patients, coworkers, and providers.

As an RN, you will:
- Develop individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress
- Adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS
- A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
