About Job
Robotics Teleoperator wears egocentric cameras and motion gloves to perform physical tasks while the equipment records movement and sensor data. They also label and check the collected data to make sure it meets quality standards before it is used to train AI models.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teleoperation & Data Collection
Wear and operate cameras, motion gloves, and wrist sensors during data collection sessions
Perform tasks repeatedly and accurately following step-by-step instructions
Run recording scripts and check that data is captured correctly
Help with equipment setup, packing, and basic troubleshooting
Data Annotation
Label collected video and sensor data following provided guidelines
Flag unclear or incomplete recordings and report them to the Lab Engineer
Hit daily labeling targets while keeping accuracy above the required level
Quality Assurance
Check annotated data — your own and your teammates' — against quality standards
Reject recordings that do not pass and document the reason clearly
Join team calibration sessions to keep labeling consistent
General
Follow lab safety rules and report any equipment problems right away
Keep a daily log and submit an end-of-day report
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for data collection, labeling, and QA
Additional duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or a related field
1–2 years working in a technical or manufacturing setting (assembly, QC, lab work, or similar)
Able to run basic scripts and use command-line tools; Python and Linux knowledge is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams)
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Able to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday
