JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Vascular Division, based in Naples. In this role, you will act as a key technical partner for customers across Central and Southern Italy, with approximately 20% travel to Spain.

You will work with a high level of autonomy, providing on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and training for vascular medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

What you will do

Provide on‑site field service support for installation, configuration, modification, and enhancement of vascular medical devices
Troubleshoot technical issues and determine effective solutions in line with product and customer specifications
Perform technical analysis of product implementations and upgrades
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Deliver technical training and product briefings to customers, distributors, and internal teams
Act as the local on‑site technical representative, building trusted relationships with customer organizations

What you bring

Associate Degree or equivalent technical qualification
Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, technical support, or similar roles (medical devices preferred)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Excellent communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
Willingness to travel across Central & Southern Italy and occasionally to Spain
