Your key responsibilities
 

진단검사 의료장비 장비 설치

• Hardware와 Software 설치 준비, 수행 및 완료

• 월간 일정 조율을 통한 설치 업무

• 장비 설치 후 고객의 원활한 장비 사용을 위한 대기

수리/문제진단 및 조치

• 고객으로부터의 신뢰 확보를 위한 콜 처리 및 기술적 문제해결

• 응급 요청에 대비한 24시간 Hotline support rotation근무

예방점검

• 예방점검 일정관리 및 진행

• 예방점검에 필요한 소모품 또는 부품과 일정 관리

교육

• 기술 교육 일정 관리 및 수행

• 내부 직원 기술 전수 및 대리점 대상의 기술 교육

• 해외 교육 참석

부품 관리

• 부품 재고 확인 및 월 단위 발주

• 중고 부품에 대한 관리 및 부품 발송

• 분기 단위의RA(문제 부품 본사 발송 및 보상) 진행

Modification

• Hardware 및 Software에 대한 Modification 관리 및 진행

• Modification 상황에 대한 Update 및 기술 문서 Review

학술 업무 Support

• 효율적 방법으로 다양한 기술적 문제 추적 관찰 및 해결

• 학술 업무 Support(e.g. application setting, operator training)

  
  기타

• 본사와의 직접 의사소통

• 기술 정보의 주기적인 업데이트 및 제공

• 기술 문서 : 서비스 메뉴얼, 유저 가이드, 학술 가이드

• 품질 관리 : KFDA감사 준비, 측정 장비 리스트 관리 등

Who you are
 

Education & Qualification
-경력 무관 (신입 지원 가능)
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering based major preferred(electric, electronic, biomedical, computer etc.)
-In vitro diagnostics basics - especially for clinical laboratories
-Repairing knowledge for medical instruments

-Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
