A Day in the Life

• Data di inizio: il prima possibile
• Durata: 6 mesi + 6 mesi
• Modello di lavoro: ibrido
• Orario di lavoro: tempo pieno (40 ore settimanali)
• Luogo di lavoro: Milano
Le responsabilità possono includere le seguenti attività, oltre ad altri compiti che possono essere assegnati:
• Lettura attenta delle comunicazioni in arrivo
• Analisi dei capitolati e delle specifiche di gara
• Smistamento alle unità operative competenti
• Verifica delle procedure di gara di interesse con relativa registrazione su un portale dedicato
• Utilizzo dei portali di gara a livello nazionale
• Supporto al gruppo per eventuali altre attività
• Utilizzo di programmi AI applicati al lavoro specifico
• Disponibilità ad acquisire conoscenza del portafoglio prodotti delle diverse business unit
Conoscenze richieste:
• Neolaureato/a o studente/ssa all’ultimo anno di studi
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana scritta e parlata
• Livello intermedio di inglese
• Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Outlook, Word ed Excel
• La conoscenza del codice degli appalti è considerata un plus
• Precisione, disponibilità, puntualità e capacità organizzative
Costituirà un vantaggio:
• Laurea in Giurisprudenza
