Responsibilities:

Support end‑to‑end contract administration processes, from intake through completion, ensuring all required documentation is collected, tracked, and stored properly

Manage and monitor help desk or ticket‑based contract requests, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution

Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including saving, organizing, and updating records in designated systems and repositories

Draft initial templates and foundational documents (e.g., statements of work, amendments, or standard agreements) to accelerate review cycles

Perform data entry and extraction of contract information into internal contract management tools and databases

Coordinate internal contract reviews across multiple departments via email, meetings, and conference calls

Support low‑risk, standardized contract actions such as no‑cost amendments or internal-only updates, where no external partner negotiation is required

Assist with process documentation, ensuring procedures are clearly documented, current, and easy to follow

Serve as a point of contact for internal users, helping educate stakeholders on contract management and compliance processes

Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in contract administration, contract coordination, or operational support within a structured business environment

Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously&
