THE CLEVELAND BROWNS AND LEGENDS GLOBAL
The Cleveland Browns and Legends have an expansive partnership to support all aspects of the New Huntington Bank Field project including market analysis, product design and development, data and analytics strategy, and holistic revenue generation across partnerships, ticketing and suites sales. Legends is proud to support and represent the Browns during this historic moment in Northeast Ohio.
THE ROLE
As a Ticket Sales Representative for Legends selling the New Huntington Bank Field, you will be responsible for driving ticket sales and revenue generation through proactive sales efforts. You will be part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a great teammate, and possess a passion for a career in sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively sell and promote seating products in the New Huntington Bank Field to prospective clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, in-person meeting, and networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, analytics, and operations to execute sales initiatives and maximize revenue generation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions via internal CRM system.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Due to the nature of this project, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends and game days.
Candidates must possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the internal desire to be the best.
Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.
Attend team and community events to promote products and engage with potential clients.
QUALIFICATIONS

Proven success in selling and promoting seating products or similar offerings through phone, email, in- person meetings, and networking events
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, including handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service
History of meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets and revenue goals
Experience collaborating with departments such as marketing, analytics, and operations to execute sales initiatives
Familiarity with maintaining accurate records of sales activities and interactions using CRM systems
Participation in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
Attendance at team and community events to promote products and engage with potential clients
Hands-on experience with Ticketmaster; experience with Archtics is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Dynamics, and presentation/AV equipment
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations
Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
Due to the nature of this project, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends and game days
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree
1+ years sales experience. Prior experience selling in the sports and entertainment industry is preferred

Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills and general creativity
